What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the email address you give us, the page you submitted from, the free-text "what's your pain" note (if you provide one), the time of submission, and your country (inferred from IP). We do not collect your IP address itself, your name, your company, or any browsing history.

Why we collect it

We email you about Akirah Tech, ModelOS, or whichever product you signed up for. We use the pain notes to understand what to build next. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email with anyone.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Our service-role key is kept server-side; the public anon key has no access to the leads table.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and pain notes for as long as you remain on our list. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing privacy@akirah.tech. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Your rights (PDPA + GDPR)

• Access: ask us what data we hold on you.
• Correction: ask us to fix it if it's wrong.
• Deletion: ask us to remove it, full stop.
• Withdraw consent: you can stop hearing from us at any time, with no penalty.

All requests go to privacy@akirah.tech. We respond within 10 business days.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on our list before they take effect.
